This fall has been bittersweet. I love driving through corridors of golden leaves. I love the crunchy sound as you walk through the multi-colored leaves. I love the fresh, crisp smell in the air. Next year, we won't be hear to see the leaves change. Next year, we could be somewhere the leaves never change colors. Next year, we could go somewhere you never have to shovel your driveway! :)
Here are a few pictures of a fall picnic we went on at Eagle Creek Park. We crunched through leaves, squished through mud, sang silly songs on a windy trail and marveled at the deer we passed.
